Refunds and Returns

OurClubSite.com provides a marketplace for independent Club Stores, refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled differently by each Club Store. 

 

For Buyers

In general, each Club Store on OurClubSite.com sets their own policies regarding returns and refunds. The returns and refunds policy can be found by clicking on the Refund Policy link that is displayed on each club store’s product page. If there is a problem with an order, please contact the Club Store directly by clicking on the “Ask Question” button found on each Club Store page.

 

For Sellers

As a Club Store merchant, you are expected to clearly state your policy about returns and refunds in your Club Store Terms. OurClubSite.com provides a generic returns and refunds policy. You can use this default policy if these terms are acceptable for your club store.

If you do have a problem with a transaction, contact the buyer directly. Buyers are also encouraged to contact you if they experience any issues.  You can find your customer’s email address on the completed order email that is sent for every order that is placed for your club store.

 

Issues with a Transaction:

Please keep in mind that OurClubSite.com provides the marketplace, but isn’t directly involved in transactions between individual buyers and sellers.

to notify us that you're having issues with an order. We will work together with buyers and sellers to resolve their issues.

 

Please note: If a buyer does not formally file a case, OurClubSite.com cannot get involved.
